M&E Platform for the SHOUHARDO III Program

CARE Bangladesh, Helen Keller International (HKI), World Vision International (WVI)
A consortium funded by USAID focused on improving food security, livelihoods, and health in Bangladesh. The SHOUHARDO III Program brings together leading international development organizations to strengthen resilience and well-being in some of Bangladesh's most vulnerable communities.
Project Overview
Streams Tech developed STREAM, an automated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system for the SHOUHARDO III Program. STREAM integrates quantitative and qualitative data collection, geospatial analysis, and offline and online synchronization to track program results and improve decision-making.
Key Program Activities
Routine M&E: Supports data collection, surveys, and program tracking
GIS Integration: Visualizes program coverage and demographic data
Smart Card Management: Tracks participants and facilitates cash transfers
Mobile App: Offline functionality for field data collection
